• Sub-contractor with Cayuga County Department of Health & Human Services
• Seasonal-starts in the Fall and ends in the Spring
• Based on household income
• Households not receiving public assistance or food stamps are seen at CCFL
• Appointments made for regular and emergency HEAP Benefits can go towards:
Gas & Electric
Propane
Fuel oil
Kerosene
Wood, Pellets, Coal, Corn, Other
