  • Assist Clients with initial SSI application
  • Provide advocacy and support
  • Goal planning to support household during application process
  • Acts as a third-party representative (not a rep payee)
  • Makes referrals to, and works with, legal assistance as needed
  • Provides information and referrals to meet individuals’ immediate needs
